Haechon is a Korean restaurant specialising in sashimi omakase, using wild-caught fish bought at auction at Samdeok Port in Tongyeong and shipped directly from the source. Haechon cuts out middlemen by receiving the catch of an acquaintance who has been sea fishing for 30 years before it goes to auction.
