Ichigyu Gwanghwamun is a Japanese restaurant serving gyukatsu made the way it was learned in Japan: breaded and fried beef tenderloin or sirloin that diners cook piece by piece on a small tabletop grill. Besides gyukatsu, Ichigyu Gwanghwamun offers beef dishes such as sirloin steak, stamina steak, sirloin steak rice bowl and truffle gyudon, as well as tantanmen, cloud udon, mentaiko cream udon and Japanese curry.
