Kiwoon Gangnam Station is a pork barbecue restaurant that grills pork over binchotan charcoal burning in tabletop braziers. The signature dish at Kiwoon Gangnam Station, rib-on pork belly (galbi samgyeopsal), arrives as bone-in pork belly that the staff cut off the bone and slice in the restaurant; because the belly is aged on the bone, diners also get the intercostal meat from between the ribs.
