Masibuja Twigim Matjip is the second branch of Sokcho Jungang Market's 'Hwangbuja Twigim', and its menu centres on four seafood ramyeon dishes, starting with red crab ramyeon. The broth at Masibuja Twigim Matjip is simmered for more than 10 hours from dried pollack heads and other ingredients, and the dadaegi (spicy seasoning paste) is made by frying chili powder, garlic and other seasonings in scallion oil, then aging it at low temperature. All four ramyeon at Masibuja Twigim Matjip are topped with a fried egg, and the red crab, mussels and scallops are sourced in Korea.
The red crab ramyeon at Masibuja Twigim Matjip comes with one whole red crab, while the seafood ramyeon combines red crab, shrimp, mussels and scallops.
