Sae Seoul is a cocktail bar between the Jongno 3-ga pojangmacha (street tent bar) alley and the Ikseon-dong hanok village, sitting atop a pink building whose 1st and 2nd floors are a game arcade. Guests reach Sae Seoul by walking through the arcade and entering a secret door on the 3rd floor, and the 5th-floor rooftop and terrace of Sae Seoul look down over the Ikseon-dong hanok village. The Sae Seoul building is more than 40 years old and has no elevator.
