Snackhouse Gunja is a Korean pub with separate private rooms, serving grilled dishes, stews and jeon that work both as a meal and as drinking food. The Snackhouse Gunja signature is the bone grill: pork bones simmered for 48 hours, finished with a special sauce and aged white kimchi (baengmugeunji) and served on a hot stone plate, with mozzarella cheese available as an add-on. Snackhouse Gunja also offers spicy braised chicken with Hanwoo beef large intestine, a pollock roe cheese potato pancake and a whole shrimp and water parsley pancake.
