Woosoo is a contemporary Hanwoo dining restaurant serving individually plated courses built around premium Hanwoo (Korean beef) and seasonal ingredients. The name Woosoo comes from Usu (雨水, "Rain Water"), one of the 24 seasonal divisions, when snow melts into rain. Every seat at Woosoo is in a private room, and each diner gets an individual charcoal grill.
