MEDIPICKME Touch-Up Removal Cream really works better on hair kept long and fine, rather than hair that's regrown after shaving like mine. Since it's a cream that dissolves the hair, short coarse hair needs a lot of rubbing, and whatever's left tends to just snap off rather than come out cleanly — having to reapply several times can get tedious.

It contains 80% thioglycolic acid, which is said to dissolve the hair at the root, so hair supposedly gets softer with repeated use. It comes in a tube instead of a scoop-out jar, so it's easy to use. It's said to be gentler than other depilatory creams with soothing ingredients added, but everyone's skin is different, so do a patch test first!

How I applied the cream on my legs, step by step

I applied a generous amount of the cream to my legs, which had a good amount of hair, and spread it with the silicone tip. You need to adjust the wait time depending on how thick and long the hair is, and just make sure it's fully covered. Rubbing it in with your fingers makes it hard to get an even layer, so use the attached silicone tip instead.

You're supposed to wipe it off with a wet towel or rinse with water, but when I wiped with a wet wipe, this is what came off. Short, coarse hair needs several applications, and if you get redness, spots, or a stinging feeling afterward, cool the skin with a cold compress to calm it down.
