Matcha soy milk, adjustable richness: Garu Seonsaeng Jeju Matcha
In short
Garu Seonsaeng Drinkable Raw Soy Milk Jeju Matcha is a powdered matcha soy milk drink sold at Olive Young in Korea. I mixed individual sticks with water before work and in the afternoon; using less water brought out its matcha aroma and nutty soy flavor without excessive sweetness.

I tried Garu Seonsaeng Drinkable Raw Soy Milk Jeju Matcha as a simple drink for busy mornings. Mixing one stick with water made a cup with minimal preparation, and I could taste both the matcha aroma and the nutty flavor of soy milk.

Are the stick packs easy to store and carry?
My first impression was that the packaging looked neat. At the time the original post was written, it was introduced as an Olive Young exclusive, which caught my attention.

Each stick was individually wrapped, which made storage easy. They were small enough to slip into a bag or pouch without any burden, and I liked how portable they were.

Being able to take out only what I needed for one cup was practical. I thought they would be easy to bring and drink not only at home, but also at work, school, or while traveling.

How do you mix it with water and adjust the richness?
I simply put one stick into a cup, poured in water, and stirred well. The process was straightforward, so it was easy to drink before heading to work.

By adjusting the amount of water, I could make it richer or smoother to suit my taste.

Since I prefer a richer flavor, I used a little less water. That brought out the deep aroma of Jeju matcha and the nuttiness of the soy milk.

What are the matcha aroma and sweetness like?
The first sip had a subtle yet deep matcha flavor. To me, the aroma did not feel artificially strong; the soft matcha aroma blended naturally with the nuttiness of soy milk. The sweetness was not excessive either, so it worked well as an afternoon alternative to coffee.
What stood out about the ingredients and protein content?
The product was introduced as containing whole soybeans, from the skins to the soybean pulp, and as using Korean soybeans, organic Jeju matcha, sea salt, and unrefined raw sugar. The explanation that it excluded artificial additives also stood out when I chose the product.

I could spot familiar ingredients on the label. It listed 4.2 g of protein per serving, and I found the drink filling for a quick cup.
When was it good to drink?
It was nice for a light drink before work or in the afternoon when I wanted a snack. Since I already enjoy soy milk, I liked that this was a matcha drink I could choose instead of coffee.

On days when I wanted it rich, I used less water; on days when I wanted it smoother, I used more. I could adjust the flavor of the same product to match how I felt that day.

I was satisfied with how easy it was to prepare and with the flavor combination of matcha and soy milk. Being able to vary the water amount was another reason it was easy to reach for often.

What retailer and promotion did the original post mention?
The original post introduced Olive Young as the place to buy it. It listed a launch promotion from Jul 10 to Jul 19, 2026, and mentioned a special launch price and discounts on three varieties of Drinkable Raw Soy Milk. No specific retail prices or discount rates were provided.
