Vitamin K2 & D3 supplement for daily family use: The Day Bone N Care

Why did I want to take Vitamin K2 and D3 together?

I wanted to look after my family’s bone health in advance, so I looked for a product containing both Vitamin K2 and D3. Taking out several supplements separately felt inconvenient, and I sometimes forgot them, so I decided to keep taking Our Family Bone N Care Vitamin K2 & D3.

Did I notice any significant changes while taking it?

I did not notice any dramatic changes in my body. I personally felt that the stiffness in my knees and lower back after standing or moving around for a long time may have been slightly less noticeable lately. More than anything, though, I was left with the reassurance of consistently doing something for my health.

Was it easy to keep taking with my parents?

I took it once a day. Since I did not need to prepare Vitamin D and K separately, it was easy to take on busy mornings or before bed. My parents also liked that it reduced the hassle of taking several things separately.

I tend to be sensitive to the distinctive smell of supplements, but this product had almost no noticeable scent or taste. It was less off-putting to take every day, and easier to maintain the habit than taking out several supplements one by one.

Was it easy to take when going out?

The small, individually wrapped packets were easy to carry in a bag or pouch. It also felt less burdensome to bring along when going to work or traveling.

Would I take it with my family again?

Rather than noticeable changes, I felt greater psychological satisfaction from consistently looking after my health. Along with paying attention to diet and exercise, I plan to repurchase it and take it with my family.
