Pyeonbaek Hoegwan Dongtan Branch is an all-you-can-eat hinoki steam and shabu-shabu restaurant in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi. We enjoyed two rounds of steamed dishes, bonito and spicy shabu-shabu broths, the salad bar, and rice porridge. Verdict: save room for the shabu-shabu—it is delicious too.
