Spicy jokbal rosé risotto and yuja bingsu at Pangyo café Meolmeol
Meolmeol Pangyo is an Italian brunch café on the Baekhyeon-dong café street in Pangyo, Seongnam. Over dinner with a friend I ordered white truffle pasta, spicy jokbal (braised pork trotter) rosé risotto, truffle baby potato fries and a raspberry endive salad, and the mix of spicy jokbal with creamy rosé risotto was the most memorable plate. A yuja (citron) bingsu from the Naver review event covered dessert too, so Meolmeol Pangyo handled the whole meal from savoury to sweet.
