Chicken sandwich restaurant near Seoul Station for lunch with mom

Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a sandwich and brunch restaurant on basement level 3 of Grand Central, near Seoul Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. Meeting her mother for a light lunch, the writer ordered a chicken breast sandwich, an oat milk latte and an iced americano via kiosk, and found the chicken tender with no dryness at all. It was an easy, not-too-heavy lunch that left plenty of room for the next plan of the day.

Seoul Station gyukatsu cooked to your own doneness: Ichigyu lunch

Ichigyu Seoul Station Branch is a gyukatsu (Japanese-style breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on the B1 level at 98 Huam-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. On a day with a lunch appointment, the writer ordered the gyukatsu and grilled each slice at the table to the preferred doneness, then compared how much richer it tasted when grilled with Isigny butter. Even with plenty of diners in, the food arrived quickly, so Ichigyu worked well for a lunch with somewhere to be afterward.
