Hero Board Game Cafe Hongdae Branch 1 is a board game café in Mapo, Seoul, about a seven-minute walk from Hongik University Station Exit 9. We played Splendor Duel in a curtained floor-seating room, ordered snacks, and stayed for nearly three hours; the room was comfortable, though it was fairly busy even on a weekday evening.
Pulse Line Coffee is a café near Seoul National University Station on the edge of Sharosu-gil in Gwanak, Seoul. After a meal with my sister, I tried a café latte, Pulse Milk Tea, and crumble pie; the crisp crumble and smooth caramel cream-cheese filling stood out, while the milk tea had a subtle mint note.
