Seongsu tonkatsu restaurant, weekend lunch with cheese croquette: Kosi
Kosi Seongsu Branch is a tonkatsu and Sanuki fresh-noodle udon restaurant one minute from Ttukseom Station Exit 6 in Seongdong, Seoul. On a Saturday lunch a mother and daughter ordered the half-and-half katsu (13,500 won single, 17,000 won set) and bukkake udon (9,000 won single, 14,000 won set), were seated with no wait, and got a sweet potato cheese croquette through the review event. Kosi Seongsu Branch is smaller than the Konkuk University branch, but its wood-toned, cozy room was the bigger draw — and two people left too full for dinner.
