I walked to Polia! The sky was so pretty on the way that I wanted to share these photos! If you go too, take a look at the sky along the way, haha.

A spacious, warm wood-toned interior

As you can see above, the interior was quite spacious and full of warm wood tones! There was plenty of room between the tables too, so I thought it would be nice to reserve it for a group gathering. Just a little tip for you :)

As soon as you walk in, wine and Champagne bottles are displayed on the right! Yep! They sell a wide selection of alcohol too, so you can enjoy a drink that suits your taste :) Honestly, though, my eyes immediately went to the wood-fired oven in the second photo, haha. Is it because I love food cooked in a wood-fired oven? Seeing that big oven just made me excited and happy for no reason! Doesn’t it make you think of a storybook with a warm winter backdrop? Hahaha.

For anyone looking for great pizza, pasta, and steak and visiting with children! Polia has tableware for kids, so come here without worrying~~! Everything is seriously delicious.

Tenderloin steak set and arugula wood-fired pizza

Polia seriously had so many menu items! It was hard because I couldn’t decide ㅠㅠ But then I saw they had a steak set? Ah, then of course I had to go for tenderloin right away, right? Haha. So I ordered the tenderloin steak set and, since I usually love arugula, an arugula wood-fired pizza too!

Here are the salad, garlic bread, and soup included with the set. The salad was so fresh, with orange and tomato in it too, making it perfect for lightly whetting the appetite before the meal. It had been so long since I’d had the garlic-bread-and-soup combo that it gave me a nostalgic moment. How do you eat it when it comes like that? I always like combining things, you know... so I dip it like this... Huh? There may be people like my younger sibling, but if you don’t mind things a little moist, give it a try! It’s truly delicious, haha.

Next, the arugula wood-fired pizza arrived!! I personally like a thin crust, so this was exactly the thickness I loved! If the cheese feels a bit rich to you, I think you can have some cucumber and radish in between bites. I also liked that there were two kinds of pickles, not just one~! If you need more, they kindly refill them right away, so feel free to ask the staff :) Everyone. Look at that cheese pull!!!!!!!

The medium-rare tenderloin steak was even more memorable

And then right after that came the tenderloin steak!!!! We had it cooked medium rare. It was just right... and the steak was so delicious? Honestly, the steak impressed me more than the arugula pizza. Doesn’t that mean the meat was that fresh? It was truly good, so please make the steak an absolute must ㅠㅠㅠㅠ (My request...) Let me show you the cutting first~

That cross-section ㅠ It’s glorious, right.. The flavor is seriously incredible.... I combined things again, you know..? Because steak pizza came to mind..? But the meat is too precious... Have the meat as meat and the pizza as pizza. That was my conclusion, hehe.

You could dip it in salt like this, or have it with potato mousse and whole-grain mustard! Personally, I’m on team salt! It lets you taste the meat more honestly ㅠ I don’t really like whole-grain mustard that much either.. Enjoy it however you prefer, haha. And the mushrooms that came with the steak were seriously delicious too. I think the owner is pretty good at grilling everything, haha. One person who wants to know the secret... hehe.

Set dessert and visit event

Lastly, dessert! This is included in the steak set too, you know? Isn’t that pretty good value? It was tiramisu and tea or coffee, haha. It was perfect for my sibling and me, since we need dessert to finish a meal. And how nice is it that we didn’t even need to go to a separate café afterward? Right?

I first came back to Restaurant Polia because I was drawn in by the wood-fired pizza, but I’m leaving defining it as the place where I fell for the steak, haha. Whenever I think of steak, I feel like I’ll run straight to Polia? Hahaha.
