And here's a hairtail stew restaurant in Seongsan where you can have all of them on one table: Jejurowoon Cheonghaewon Seongsan Ilchulbong Branch (제주로운청해원 성산일출봉점).

Set A for 2 plus à la carte sea urchin seaweed soup

I ordered 2 servings of Set A and 2 servings of à la carte sea urchin seaweed soup, and a really generous table was laid out.

For Set A, we got hairtail stew, grilled tilefish, pot rice, soy-marinated crab, and chose seafood stew as the soup. You get to try everything, so it's a very hearty set.

Side dishes and soy-marinated crab
Jejurowoon serves a number of side dishes (banchan), and each one was clean-tasting and not too salty, so they go well with the main dishes and gave the whole meal a homestyle feel. The soy-marinated crab is small in amount, but since it's included in the sets, it's nice for a taste.

Hairtail stew: not spicy, no fishy smell
The first thing my chopsticks went for was, of course, the hairtail stew. The color of the sauce alone looked so appetizing. The stew was spicy-ish with a deep flavor, and the radish simmered in the sauce was cooked through nicely, so it looked like a total rice thief just by looking at it!

The sauce wasn't hot, and the savory depth really came through. Maybe because it's good-quality Jeju hairtail, there was no fishy smell, and the radish had soaked up the sauce properly, so it's great with rice.

Hairtail on top of the pot rice
The pot rice had grains that kept their bite, so the texture was great! Put hairtail on the hot pot rice, add a little sauce on top, and a whole bowl disappears in no time.

Seafood stew packed with seafood
The seafood stew I chose with Set A had a wide variety of seafood, and a really large amount of it. Again it wasn't salty, so the flavor isn't overwhelming.

Grilled tilefish: crispy outside, moist inside
The grilled tilefish (okdom) was golden and crispy on the outside, and the flesh inside was moist and clean-tasting. It wasn't seasoned heavily, so you can enjoy the natural nutty richness of the fish itself.

À la carte sea urchin seaweed soup
The sea urchin seaweed soup (₩15,000) I ordered à la carte was also mild and healthy-tasting, with a generous portion.

Buying Jeju specialty snacks after the meal
Jejurowoon Seongsan Ilchulbong Branch also sells Jeju specialty snacks inside the restaurant, so they'd be nice to pick up as a dessert after eating.

After sightseeing around Seongsan, Jeju, if you want a hearty table with lots of different dishes, drop by Jejurowoon Seongsan Ilchulbong Branch.
