Off-peak 3pm crab restaurant in Pohang Jukdo Market: Gallilli Daegae
Gallilli Daegae Hoe Sikdang is a snow crab and sashimi restaurant at the entrance of the crab street in Jukdo Market, Pohang. On a late summer holiday trip, the writer arrived at 3pm after the lunch rush and ordered the bakdal snow crab course for two at 130,000 won, which ran from abalone porridge, icy mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) and soy-marinated crab side dishes through assorted sashimi, pre-cleaned bakdal snow crab, crab-shell bibimbap and spicy stew. For a full snow crab course done properly in Pohang, Gallilli Daegae Hoe Sikdang is worth the trip.
