On a late-night visit the hearty sundae gukbap (blood sausage soup), spicy gukbap and cold jeyuk (chilled sliced boiled pork) all came out clean and nutty, with no gamey smell or heavy grease, and the chewy cold jeyuk paired well with the hot soup.
