Plan A Restaurant is a Western-style restaurant with East Sea views on the 4th floor of a building on Huimangdae-ro in Songdo, Pohang. On a weekend lunch visit with a dog brought in inside a carrier, the order placed from the table tablet was burrata cheese salad, cheongyang pepper aglio olio and shrimp soup spaghetti with six shrimp; the wait was a little long because Plan A Restaurant was busy, but both the punchy aglio olio and the soup spaghetti delivered.
