Mongteong Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch is a grilled meat restaurant in Jung-dong, Bucheon, where I had dinner with my daughter. The thick-cut Mongteong jumeok-gui had a nutty flavor and satisfying chew; even my daughter, who usually eats little, finished the meat and ordered rice.
