Suwon pizza restaurant, cream cheese and honey: The European Gwanggyo
The European Gwanggyo is a wood-fired pizza restaurant on the café street near Gwanggyo Lake Park in Suwon, Gyeonggi, run by a chef who trained at the Shilla Hotel. From a second-floor window seat, The European Gwanggyo served a quattro formaggi jamón pizza topped with thick cream cheese that you dip in honey, plus truffle cream homemade gnocchi crowned with a poached egg. With chandeliers throughout the European-style dining room, The European Gwanggyo works just as well for a first date as it does for dinner.
