Ansan foot bath shop for menopause care: far-infrared dome at Jadamin
In short
Jadamin Ansan Bripark is a hydrogen-ion foot bath and far-infrared slide dome heat therapy shop on the 2nd floor of the Prugio Bripark shopping arcade in Danwon-gu, Ansan. Hoping to ease her menopause symptoms, the writer booked through Naver on a friend's recommendation and had a 30-minute far-infrared dome session (30,000 won) and a 30-minute hydrogen-ion foot bath (10,000 won), leaving with a lighter body and more moisturized-feeling skin. Verdict: Jadamin Ansan Bripark is an easy pick for a casual foot bath, and the far-infrared dome is worth returning to whenever your body feels stiff and heavy.

What is Jadamin Ansan Bripark?
Jadamin Ansan Bripark (자담인 안산브리파크점) is a foot bath and heat therapy shop on the 2nd floor of the Prugio Bripark shopping arcade in Ansan. I spent a healing, warm-up-and-rest kind of time in Ansan.

A friend recommended it, so I booked on Naver and went.

My friend said that after doing foot baths regularly, her menopause irritability eased, and she goes on a regular basis, which is why she introduced me. Jadamin is in the arcade of her apartment complex.
Inside Jadamin Ansan Bripark

Jadamin isn't only a foot bath place; it has several programs. A sign says, "Coming here today was such a good decision!"

This is where the foot bath happens.

This is where people wait if they arrive early, or have a health consultation. Consultations about chronic conditions and dieting seemed common. The shop overall was clean and calm.

I didn't come because anything in particular bothered me. I just hoped the little scattered symptoms of menopause might ease.

Jadamin's foot bath and dome programs
Jadamin runs programs that keep the body warm by combining full-body heat therapy in a far-infrared slide dome with a hydrogen-ion foot bath. Here is my story of the far-infrared dome and foot bath at Jadamin Ansan Bripark in the Ansan Bripark arcade.
How does the far-infrared dome session work? (30 min, 30,000 won)

The far-infrared dome (slide dome) at Jadamin Ansan Bripark is a full-body heating machine where you simply lie inside for about 30 minutes. The inside temperature is said to be about 85°C at the bottom and 90°C at the top, helping raise body temperature and circulation. A large towel is laid on the floor.

This is the dome with the lid open after my 30 minutes of far-infrared. You lie in there. You can put your face inside too, but I was told to stick it out if it gets hot. Since I was at it, I put my face all the way in too. The sweat... pouring down...~~~!!!
How does the hydrogen-ion foot bath work? (30 min, 10,000 won)
For the Jadamin hydrogen-ion foot bath, staff fill the basin with water, and you soak your feet and press rods (electrode plates) against them for 30 minutes. It's said to generate high frequency that ionizes (alkalizes) the water.

As time passes, the water gets darker and darker.

After the foot bath, I was told about my body's condition based on the water, and for me they mentioned stress and joints. Apparently I have bad joints and have taken a lot of medicine.

Jadamin info leaflets I read during the foot bath
During the 30 minutes of the foot bath, I read the leaflets placed next to me. Jadamin Bripark is a place that warms your body, and that's the key point.
Far-infrared doesn't just warm the surface; it is said to warm deep inside the body.
During foot bath time, your body relaxes, blood circulates well, and bad waste in the body is said to leave more easily.
Haejuksun tea (bamboo shoot tea) served by the owner
The leaflet said haejuksun tea (bamboo shoot tea) contains many good ingredients. So the tea the owner gave me was haejuksun tea! I drank it happily, and it turns out it's good for the body too. The main ingredients are said to be polyphenols, saponin, catechin and vitamin E.
How did I feel after the foot bath and far-infrared dome?
After the far-infrared dome and foot bath at Jadamin Ansan Bripark, my body felt really light and my skin felt moist. On the way home I stopped at my daughter's place to give her some grapes I'd bought, and she asked, "Mom, did you get a massage?" I looked in the mirror and my skin really did look moist, like I'd had one.
After showering, my skin felt really silky soft. Something must have improved, right? It also felt a bit like coming back from a hot spring. And my family, who love tea, got curious about the haejuksun tea I drank during the foot bath.
Would I go back to Jadamin Ansan Bripark?
There were some principles I didn't understand, but keeping the body warm is common health sense. The foot bath is easy to do casually, and the dome seems good for days when your body feels stiff. On days when my body is heavy and tired, I think I'll go back for a healing foot bath in Ansan. They told me you don't need a reservation if you only do the foot bath. I do plan to return.
