Yongin kalguksu restaurant with sand-timer noodles: Jangwongap

Jangwongap Kalguksu Yongin Giheung Branch is a shabu kalguksu (Korean noodle soup) restaurant on Gomae-ro in Giheung-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi. The pot is boiled right at the table, and the noodles are scooped out three times at 5, 8, and 10 minutes by sand timer, with a whole-shrimp seafood pancake and fried rice ordered alongside. One pot of noodles tasting different at each stage made the meal at Jangwongap fun to eat from start to finish.
