Yangju butcher restaurant with a 3pm lunch cutoff: Manpo Garden
Manpo Garden is a butcher-restaurant in Yangju, Gyeonggi, run next to the Yangju Livestock Cooperative meat shop. Arriving after the lunch rush, we ordered the weekday handmade galbi set (19,000 won per person) with Handon seasoned pork galbi, chadol doenjang sulbap (brisket soybean-paste rice), and house-made bibim naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles), plus pudding-style steamed egg for 3,000 won. Manpo Garden takes weekday lunch orders only until 3pm, so a late lunch here is generous value if you time it right.
