Yongin kalguksu restaurant selling mill-pressed sesame oil: Jangwongap

Jangwongap Kalguksu Yongin Giheung Branch is a house-made noodle shabu kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) restaurant on Gomae-ro in Giheung-gu, Yongin, Gyeonggi. On a weekday morning three of us — my mother, my sister and me — ordered three servings of chadol minari ssam kalguksu and ate it as a course, from the minari wraps and galchisokjeot (fermented hairtail innards) to noodles cooked for five minutes by a sand timer, then bought perilla and sesame oil from the mill counter by the register. With free kkakdugi fried rice and misugaru (roasted grain drink) for dessert, Jangwongap Kalguksu made a satisfying family meal out.
