Siheung shabu-shabu restaurant with steamed beef: Pyeonbaek Hoegwan
Pyeonbaek Hoegwan Siheung Janggok Branch is an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant in Janggok-dong, Siheung, Gyeonggi. Starting with cypress-steamed beef and moving on to shabu-shabu, Vietnamese rice-paper wraps, kalguksu, and juk, I especially liked alternating the bonito and spicy mushroom broths. Verdict: a satisfying choice for a generous meal in a spacious, tidy setting.
