Charcoal-grilled pork neck and gabrisal with sauce pairing
Dongnaejeong Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Main Branch is a charcoal-grilled pork restaurant a short walk from Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station in Seoul. Two servings of Dongnae pork neck and one of jeong gabrisal were grilled over white charcoal and dipped in shiitake salt, fresh wasabi, ssamjang, and the complimentary Jeju-style anchovy stew, before the leftover stew was turned into fried rice with rice and 100% sesame oil from a local mill. A solid pick for a group dinner whenever pork is calling.
