Cheongwon Restaurant: Cooking Budae-jjigae, Cheonan Dujeong Main Branch is a budae-jjigae (army stew) specialist in the Dujeong commercial district of Cheonan, Chungnam. Visiting with both parents, the writer ordered the basic budae-jjigae and found the broth rich and the ham, sausage and minced meat generous, with unlimited rice and ramyeon noodles plus a self-serve banchan bar. The open kitchen, where the cooking area is in full view, made Cheongwon Sikdang a reassuring place to bring parents.
