Returning to a long-time favorite after a while, the writer ordered carbonara for 15,000 won, whole shrimp pilaf for 16,000 won, and shrimp salad for 13,000 won, and the thick cream pasta and fluffy, spicy pilaf paired perfectly with the salad. With the 4th-floor sea view included, Plan A Restaurant is worth recommending as a good-value spot for group meals or dates.
