Alley parking and short waits at a Daegu Korean restaurant: Hyangtaek
Hyangtaek Seongseo Keimyung University Branch is a Korean restaurant in Dalseo, Daegu, directly across from the main gate of Keimyung University. Hyangtaek has no dedicated parking lot, so the writer parked in a nearby alley, arrived for weekday lunch, and was seated ahead of groups of three or more as a party of two, ordering eggplant doenjang rice bowl, mackerel gondre rice and the free opening-event galbi platter. Parking is the weak point, but the food and the generous service dishes make Hyangtaek an easy lunch recommendation.
