Rice bowl restaurant in Chilgok, Daegu: spicy galbi bowl, Myeonsikdang
Myeonsikdang Daegu Bogeondae is a ramen and rice bowl restaurant on Yeongsong-ro in Buk-gu, Daegu, right in front of Daegu Health College. For lunch a couple ordered the tonkotsu ramen and fire-flavor mini butadon set with extra bean sprouts, a spicy galbi rice bowl, and a half order of demi-glace hire katsu, sharing all three. The broth at Myeonsikdang was rich without feeling heavy, and the half-size katsu makes it easy for two people to try several dishes in one hearty meal.
