Dugeundugeun Sutbulgalbi is a charcoal-grilled pork galbi restaurant in Sinmae-dong (Sizi), Suseong-gu, Daegu. Two of us ordered the marinated pork galbi at 12,000 won for a 200g serving and worked through 6 servings, and the free spicy soft tofu stew, fried egg and perilla-packed fresh kimchi salad were the parts we remember most. Staff at Dugeundugeun Sutbulgalbi changed the grill plate again and again, so nothing tasted burnt right to the last piece.
