The writer ordered the wood-fired Jeju hairtail-fish set, paired with thick cuts of hairtail, bean sprout soup, banchan, and self-bar extras like ssam vegetables, fried egg, and nurungji (scorched rice). Well-seasoned yet light and clean, not greasy at all, it made for a filling Jeju meal with an ocean view on top.
