By the way, Bakerist Brown is super pretty at Christmas. The desserts and cakes are lovely too, so they were great for buying as gifts.

Bakerist Brown is a really big café that uses everything from the first basement floor to the 3rd floor!!!!! 🪑✨ The interior is so pretty too, with lots of photo spots.

The address is 21 Gangnam-daero 102-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (B1 and floors 1–3), and it's a quick walk from Exit 6 of Sinnonhyeon Station haha.

🌿 The vibe passes with flying colors! The moment you walk in, the toasty smell of bread puts you in a good mood. The inside is huge and gets great light! And it has that red-brick-house feel ❤️❤️ The tables are spaced out widely, so it's perfect for chatting comfortably with a friend.

Why the bread corner at Bakerist Brown made my heart flutter

I thought only the brunch was good at Bakerist Brown, but the dessert and bread corner totally made my heart flutter ❤️

Every single bread looks like it was made with real care! It seems the waxy corn salt bread is the main item right now. I love waxy corn, so it's fun to see it show up in salt bread too haha.

How do the seats on floors 1–3 differ?

Floors 1 to 3 of Bakerist Brown each have a different feel. There are terrace-style seats, and some spots are set up like slightly separate spaces, so you can enjoy them privately. Since it's so big, there's also a lot of group seating. The ceilings are high, and it feels a bit like a villa or a Western-style house. Having such varied spaces to choose from by taste was a big plus. Even when it's crowded it doesn't feel stuffy!!

What I ate at Bakerist Brown: black sesame latte and cream pastry

This time at Bakerist Brown I picked a black sesame latte, the Gangnam Sand set collection 🖤, salt bread, and a cute cream pastry with little eyes. The menu is varied, and I went with the black sesame latte and assorted bakery items!!!

I think I had brunch items at Bakerist Brown before, and I was happy with those too haha. The brunch was kind of this style haha.

(This cream pastry was way tastier than I expected, I was shocked!!!! I'll order it again next time haha.) The balance of chewy and sweet is the absolute best!!!!!! It's packed with cream ❤️ The black sesame latte was also smooth and nutty, so good.
