Plan A Restaurant is an ocean-view Western restaurant on the 4th floor of a building facing Songdo Beach in Pohang, Gyeongbuk. After days of raw fish and Korean food on a Pohang trip, the writer ordered the 300g hanwoo (Korean beef) sirloin steak for 49,000 won and the beef tomato spaghetti for 16,000 won, sharing both while alternating whole grain mustard, wasabi and steak sauce.
