NMN powder sticks for morning fatigue: Laravita Super Youth NMN
In short
Laravita Super Youth NMN 1g Powder Sticks are individually packed NMN powder sticks I tried at work and took on a trip to Japan. I found them easy to mix with water and similar to vitamin C in taste, though my slight changes in body and skin condition were only personal impressions.

I was looking into products to take because I did not wake up feeling refreshed and felt tired in the afternoon. This time, I was provided with Laravita Super Youth NMN 1g Powder Sticks to try.

What did I look for when choosing a product?
Because NMN products vary in content and price, choosing one was not easy. I looked at the content first, and felt that Laravita was reasonably priced for the amount.

I also looked into the source of the ingredients. Laravita was introduced as a product using UTHEVER ingredients, and I also read the information about ingredient purity and its manufacturing method.

What made me start taking it?
I had become interested in slow aging, and the heavy feeling in the morning and sluggishness in the afternoon were on my mind. This everyday fatigue led me to look up information about NMN.

How did I take it at work and while traveling?
I kept it at work and usually mixed it into warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. The individual packaging made it easy to take one at a time, and preparation was simple: I just opened a stick and poured the powder into a cup.

If swallowing tablets or capsules feels uncomfortable, this powder format may feel convenient. I packed only the few days' worth I needed for my trip to Japan, and the stick format was easy to carry.

How did it taste, and how did I feel after taking it?
While working, I often felt a wave of fatigue around 3 p.m. after a meal. This was also why I tried to take it consistently.

The taste reminded me of vitamin C, so it was fine for me. Besides mixing it with water, I sometimes placed the powder under my tongue and let it dissolve. I generally took one stick a day, though there were occasionally days when I took two; this is simply a record of how I took it.
My body and skin condition felt slightly different when I took it versus when I did not. However, I did not record the length of use or any objective measurements, so rather than concluding that this was an effect of the product, I will leave it as a personal change I noticed.
