Even while preparing meals for my children, I sometimes worry about whether they are getting balanced nutrition. I chose The Day Tunteuntamin as a supplement to meals and gave it to both my elementary-school daughter and kindergarten-age daughter.

What is in a box, and which nutrients does it contain?
Tunteuntamin contains 11 vitamins and 3 minerals in each stick. One box contains 30 sticks, so at one stick a day, one child can take it for 30 days. Since both of my children took it, one box lasted our household 15 days.

The product information says it does not use ingredients from China or Japan and introduces six functional benefits, including bone health, eye health, and antioxidant support. What I found convenient while using it was being able to give them vitamins and minerals in one stick.

Did the children like the mango flavor?
At first, I worried that the children might refuse it because of the taste. Fortunately, both liked the sweet, tangy mango flavor. My older daughter gave a thumbs-up as soon as she tried it, and my younger daughter even asked for another one.
When I gave them one stick each before school in the morning, they sometimes ate it on their own, and they looked for it if I forgot. That was why it was convenient to keep up with on busy mornings.

Was it convenient to take on outings?
The individual stick packaging made it easy to carry in a bag. It was simple to give them in the morning or bring along for weekend outings.

How did I give them the powder?
It is a powdered product and dissolved well in water. I sometimes poured it directly into the children’s mouths, then gave them water, yogurt drink, or yogurt with it. Both children ate it well on their own.

What did I like about giving it to two children?
I consider getting nutrition from a variety of foods the foundation, and I gave Tunteuntamin as a supplement to meals. It gave me a little peace of mind when the children were picky or when I felt I had not prepared balanced meals.

The routine of giving one stick a day was simple. I also liked that having vitamins and minerals together meant less effort than keeping up with several separate products.

My elementary-school daughter and kindergarten-age daughter both consistently took it on their own every day. For me, the mango flavor they liked, the simple way to take it, and the portable packaging were reasons I wanted to keep giving it to them.
