Today's post is an honest review of Tomoru Bakery, a bakery hotspot in Songdo Triple Street near Songdo Central Park and Incheondaehakgyo Station.
Tomoru Bakery's hours and info
Tomoru Bakery is open daily from 08:30 to 21:30, and closes early once the bread sells out. You can take out, make reservations, use separate men's/women's restrooms, wait indoors, use WiFi, bring pets, use easy pay, and park.

Tomoru Bakery in Songdo makes and sells everything the same day, using healthy naturally-leavened dough — it's a Songdo bakery hotspot known by word of mouth among both locals and visitors 🍞🥐
The address is 23 Haedoji-ro 120beon-gil, 1st floor, Unit 101, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, South Korea.
How do you park at Tomoru Bakery?
You can use the building's basement parking lot, and it's free if you register your license plate at checkout. You can also turn your car around within 20 minutes of entering!!

Now that we've parked, shall we head up to buy some delicious bread? Tomoru Bakery is right next to the entrance, on the corner, so it was easy to find!!

The mood outside and inside Tomoru Bakery
The front of Tomoru Bakery is a huge glass window, so even from outside you could see at a glance the shelves packed with bread and the warm lighting inside. Besides indoor seating, there are outdoor tables too, so it looked great for walking your dog or sitting down for brunch on a nice day.

I heard Tomoru Bakery in Songdo is run by a chef who is a certified master confectioner in Korea with a long list of awards! Matching that impressive résumé, the quality of the same-day-baked bread was exceptional — and since it uses naturally-leavened dough slow-fermented at low temperature, my stomach felt comfortable even after eating a lot, so I kept reaching for more 👍
Inside Tomoru Bakery in Songdo, there's one table set up ~😀
Shall we pick out some bread now? Just lay parchment paper on a tray, pick up bread with the tongs, then pay at the counter — that's it~~ Wet wipes and napkins are also provided, so feel free to use them if you need :)

Does Tomoru Bakery sell drinks too?
Looking at Tomoru Bakery's drink menu, they also sell coffee, ades, tea, and non-coffee drinks. Since there's table seating in the store, it seemed like a great spot to enjoy freshly baked bread with coffee right there👍

How wide is the bread selection at Tomoru Bakery?
Tomoru Bakery had a wide variety of sweet desserts that go well with coffee — salt bread, rusks, chestnut bread, raw donuts, garlic bread, kkwabaegi (twisted doughnut), alligator bread and more 🥐
Refrigerated corner
On one side, the refrigerated corner had breads that need to stay fresh neatly displayed. From sandwiches to white rolls, moist castella, cream buns, croquettes, rice rolls, and even nostalgic mammoth bread — the variety was really diverse, great for picking according to your taste.

Cookie sets and homemade jam
From elegant cookie sets great for gifts, to single cookies for a light snack, colorful meringue cookies, crunchy cookie balls, and even homemade jam — it was all well stocked. The packaging was clean and upscale, so it looked good for return gifts or casual presents too!!

Toast bread, pastries, pies
From solid basics like various toast breads and red bean buns

there were also croissants with beautiful layers, Mont Blanc, exotic panettone, and sweet crunchy blueberry and apple pies, pizza bread, scones, and golden egg tarts — all carefully prepared. From plain savory breads to sweet baked goods, there was so much variety to choose from based on your taste at Tomoru Bakery 🍀

Choco sora bread, butter tteok, and baguettes were also there (psst) — Tomoru Bakery's choco sora bread is seriously delicious..🙄❤

Cakes and party supplies
The cake corner caught my eye 🍰 The cake selection was substantial and varied, and prices were generally reasonable overall, so it looked good for buying on anniversaries or special occasions. On one side, various party supplies like cone hats and cute candles were also available, perfect for getting everything ready in one stop.

Savory breads and salt bread lineup
From plain olive ciabatta, rye fig, corn campagne, nuts levain, to savory basil tomato, kkamang-i (black sesame bread), coconut cream cheese, and the trending Dubai chocolate baguette!

On top of that, there was a salt bread lineup with various twists like pollack roe, bacon potato, and garlic cheese, plus sweet pumpkin rice bread, mocha bread, chewy kong-tteok kong-tteok, and refreshingly unusual cucumber baguette — a lineup you wouldn't get tired of even visiting every day.

What time is best to visit Tomoru Bakery?
Rather than a fixed bread schedule, Tomoru Bakery apparently bakes fresh bread in batches, warm out of the oven, continuously from early morning through late morning! If you want to see the full lineup at leisure, I'd recommend visiting in the morning rather than late evening 🙏
Tomoru Bakery's review event and rice-flour bread pilgrimage stamp tour
Tomoru Bakery gives you an americano or iced tea if you leave a Naver review, so if you buy something, be sure to leave a review and claim it 😉

On one side of the store, there was also a 'rice-flour bread pilgrimage' stamp tour event going on! You can taste rice-flour bread that's gentle on the stomach and nutty, collect stamps, and enter the event drawing — so if you're doing a bread pilgrimage, definitely make sure to take part ❣
7 recommended breads at Tomoru Bakery and prices
Today's Tomoru Bakery picks are the crispy sweet alligator bread, rich choco sora bread, flavor-packed bacon potato salt bread, garlic cheese salt bread, plain salt bread, fragrant fresh basil tomato bread, and the fresh, hearty mini burger sandwich~🥐🍔🥖🍩🍫
Mini burger sandwich ₩7,500
My go-to pick that I grab every single time I come — the mini burger sandwich! It looks cute and small, but the filling is so substantial and fresh... Whenever I come to Tomoru, this is my absolute favorite item I never skip 🍔
Choco sora bread ₩4,300
This nostalgic choco sora bread is packed full of rich, nutty chocolate cream all the way to the end! The bread texture is chewy and soft without being dry at all, and the cream isn't overly sweet — just the right amount of sweetness, perfect paired with coffee 🍫

Basil tomato bread ₩5,800
Another absolute favorite I always throw in my basket alongside the mini burger sandwich! The combination of fragrant basil, tangy tomato, and nutty cream cheese is perfect — I never get tired of it no matter how many times I buy it 🌿🍅 Basil tomato bread is delicious on its own, but it's even better if you air fry it at 180°C for 10 minutes ~🍀
Bacon potato salt bread ₩3,500
This one has savory salty bacon and fluffy potato salad packed generously inside a nutty salt bread! The crispy, savory buttery flavor of the classic salt bread combined with the hearty, plain potato bursts with sweet-and-salty savoriness in your mouth — it was way more delicious than expected 🥓🥔
Plain salt bread, garlic cheese salt bread, alligator bread
Unfortunately I couldn't capture them all in photos, but from the classic crispy-outside-chewy-inside plain salt bread, to the rich garlic butter flavor of the garlic cheese salt bread, to the crunchy, sweet and savory alligator bread that I couldn't stop eating — honestly every single one was delicious! It's a bakery where you can't go wrong with any menu item, and I'm very satisfied ✨
If you're looking for a Songdo bakery hotspot, be sure to visit Tomoru Bakery ~💚
