What kind of café is Central Site Hapjeong?
Central Site Hapjeong (센트럴사이트 합정점) is a roastery café in Hapjeong that already has a solid reputation among coffee lovers. Even with just one cup, I always find myself wanting a special experience with deep flavor. The place I visited this time was

a roastery already well known among coffee lovers. I heard they handle their rare beans with great care, so I set out on a weekend afternoon with plenty of time to spare, haha.

It's a space that digs deep into the essence of coffee, so my expectations were high even before I arrived. For anyone looking for the joy a really good cup can bring, this seems like a great choice, and it clearly stood out among Hapjeong cafés!!!

What is the atmosphere like at Central Site Hapjeong?
Central Site Hapjeong is a calm, open-plan café where you can see the roasting machine and the hand-drip bar, with sunlight pouring in through floor-to-ceiling windows. I really loved the special atmosphere of this Hapjeong café too. The moment I stepped inside, the nutty, fragrant aroma of coffee beans tickled my nose and lifted my mood

right away. As you'd expect from a professional roastery, a big roasting machine sits to one side, and the baristas carefully brewing hand-drip coffee in full view made it really fun to watch. Warm sunlight comes in through the big windows, so it's great for reading quietly alone or spending time on your own, and just as good for chatting with friends,

with a comfortable, relaxed vibe. Even though it was the weekend, it wasn't too crowded, and thanks to the other guests quietly enjoying their favorite coffee, I got some real time to myself. It was a very satisfying, happy time, haha.
How does the iced Esmeralda Typica Geisha anaerobic natural taste?
The coffee I ordered at Central Site Hapjeong was the Panama Esmeralda Special Typica Geisha anaerobic natural, iced, with tropical fruit notes like mango and lychee blended with jasmine florals. The deep flavor of Esmeralda Geisha was, as expected,

amazing. The beans change with every season here, so I was curious which ones would be in this time, and they had exactly the kind I like, so I happily ordered right away, hahaha. What I boldly chose this time

was the Panama Esmeralda Special Typica Geisha anaerobic natural. Top-grade beans from a world-famous farm — I couldn't hide my excitement even before ordering. I picked it iced, and served in a pretty glass with ice, the coffee filled my mouth from the first sip with a vivid and

colorful range of aromas. Rich tropical fruit flavors like mango and lychee lingered on the tip of my tongue, while a gentle floral note like jasmine settled the aftertaste, which honestly surprised me. I was so glad you can get this kind of refined flavor among all the Hapjeong cafés, hahaha.

Served iced, the clean, winey finish typical of anaerobic fermentation came through even more clearly, and I drank it in awe. If you really love coffee or beans, I absolutely recommend going here. It's genuinely a happy place. The perfect harmony of coffee and dessert is amazing too~~~

How did the Geisha coffee and tiramisu pair?
The tiramisu at Central Site Hapjeong, with its espresso-soaked sponge and soft cream, went well with the acidity of the Geisha coffee. This place isn't just great at coffee; the desserts are top-notch too. At first I focused on the coffee alone to taste the beans' character fully, but the tiramisu I added partway through blended with the coffee's acidity and made the best combination. The cream melting softly in my mouth and the sponge soaked generously in espresso joined the complex flavors of the Geisha and completed a real gourmet experience.
Is the pricey Geisha worth trying?
The Esmeralda Geisha at Central Site Hapjeong is an expensive bean, and I hesitated before ordering, but I left feeling it was well worth it. Having such a rich, happy time over a single cup made me realize again why this Hapjeong café is loved by so many people. I'd like to come back on a special day or when I'm really craving great coffee. If you truly love coffee, the time you spend here will surely become a good memory. If you haven't been, I highly recommend going!
