Seomyeon fried chicken as a second-round drinking snack: Yetnal
Yetnal Tongdak & Tang Seomyeon Branch is the Busan sister branch of a chicken restaurant already famous in Yeonsan-dong, located in Busanjin, Busan. Even full from a first-round shellfish barbecue meal, the writer ordered a half portion of old-style fried chicken and a pineapple sherbet fruit set alongside soju, finding the chicken's coating thin, crispy outside and moist inside. It made for a light, easygoing second-round pairing despite already being full.
