Wonjo Busan Milmyeon Seomyeon Main Branch is a milmyeon and gukbap restaurant near Seomyeon Station Exit 9 in Busan, with a broth made by simmering pheasant in an iron cauldron for 5 days. On a Monday lunch when the temperature climbed to nearly 28°C, the writer ordered two large mul milmyeon (cold wheat noodles in broth) and loved the deeply savory pheasant broth, the thin somyeon noodles, the self-serve hot broth and radish kimchi, and the generous portions, though the large size was too much to finish. For a cold yet rich bowl of milmyeon in Seomyeon on a hot day, Wonjo Busan Milmyeon Seomyeon Main Branch is well worth a return visit.
