Seoul Korean BBQ with refillable egg custard near Jamsil: Jinseong

Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang Bangi Direct Branch is a value-focused beef gopchang (grilled beef intestines) restaurant in the Bangi-dong food alley near Jamsil Station in Songpa, Seoul. Arriving at 7:30pm on a weekday meant a 30-minute wait, then two servings of hanwoo gopchang (19,000 won per serving) and anchovy noodles for 6,000 won, grilled at the table by staff using a timer, with the complimentary steamed egg custard free to refill. Between the fat-packed gopchang and the generous kimchi sides, Jinseong Hanwoo Gopchang is a place worth returning to.
