Wonju gyukatsu restaurant, weekend wait and jumbo set: Ichigyu Wonju
Ichigyu Wonju is a gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on the ground floor of the Lotte Cinema building in Musil-dong, Wonju. Arriving at 1:30pm on a Saturday meant signing a paper waitlist behind 3-4 parties, then grilling the double set (jumbo) over a tabletop brazier with melting butter, with free rice refills. Basement parking, baby chairs and four-person tables make Ichigyu Wonju easy for both dates and family meals.
