Suwon Seobu-ro grilled croaker with brass-bowl banchan: Godeungeo
Godeungeo Myeongpumi Doeda Suwon Branch is a wood-fired grilled fish restaurant on Seobu-ro in Gwonseon-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi. Four adults ordered braised cutlassfish, grilled premium croaker and grilled Atka mackerel, and ate them with brass-bowl banchan plus sides from the self-serve bar. The wood-fired fish came out moist, but the dish that stayed with us was the braised cutlassfish, served with braised radish and kimchi jjim.
