Matgim is an open-kitchen dining bar in Geomdan, Incheon, tucked into the alley on the first floor of the Megabox building. The 35,000-won 3.5 chef's tasting menu brought six courses — seasonal fruit salad, Matgim's signature pan-seared napa cabbage, doenjang tripe tacos, orecchiette seafood pasta, sous vide pork tenderloin and plum sorbet — alongside a strawberry lime ade and a Matgim highball.
