HOKATSU is a Japanese katsu restaurant on the first floor of the Megabox Geomdan building on Seogot-ro in Geomdan, Incheon. On a late weekend lunch with no wait, the writer ordered HOKATSU's Popular 3-Katsu (two pieces each of tenderloin, cheese and premium loin katsu) and tatari cold soba piled with buckwheat tempura bits, and the truffle-oil tenderloin katsu was easily the best of the three. With free honey yogurt before the meal and Ganghwa Island rice on the side, HOKATSU is worth a stop in Geomdan when you want to compare several katsu cuts in one meal.
