Shabu-shabu restaurant near Incheon Grand Park for two: Guksuhwa
Guksuhwa (국수화) is a shabu-shabu and Korean restaurant in Mansu-dong, Namdong, Incheon, next to Incheon Namdong Gymnasium and a short drive from Incheon Grand Park. A married couple came for weekend lunch and ordered spicy shabu kalguksu (hot, hand-cut noodle hot pot) for two at 15,000 won a serving plus a crispy Korean pork and minari (water dropwort) pancake for 12,000 won, then walked it off at Incheon Grand Park. With 2nd-floor window seats and a lot holding 40-plus cars, Guksuhwa works just as well for a family gathering as for a date.
