Gijang outlet dinner with napa cabbage salad and pizza to go: Bueokgan
Bueokgan Restaurant is a Western restaurant inside Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets in Gijang, Busan, at the far end of the North Building next to the Systeme and UGG stores. Stopping in during the final month of pregnancy on a weekend shopping trip, the writer was seated with no wait and ordered the basic soup, the signature napa cabbage salad and shrimp oil pasta with single grapefruit and single orange juice, then took home a basil margherita wood-fired pizza with the basil left out entirely. Bueokgan is an easy choice for a lighter dinner that still suits a table with kids and adults together.
