As a neighborhood resident, I've gone to Withwich steadily since my very first visit, and it's honestly my own little hangout. The biggest charm is that you can pop out in comfy slippers for coffee, brunch or a meal. It's easygoing but the food is great 👍 Among locals, it's already the kind of Guwol-dong restaurant that everyone in the know knows.

What's the atmosphere like? Blue Ribbon certification and a European-village interior

At the entrance of Withwich there are several certification marks, including a 2026 Blue Ribbon, and the inside feels cozy, like a small European village. The first thing you notice as you go in is this collection of marks. Colorful ribbons everywhere 😊

It's a place that's consistently recognized by the experts, including that 2026 Blue Ribbon, which is part of why I love it 😍 The interior itself feels warm and snug, like a little European town. The relaxed mood makes it perfect for chatting with friends or a partner 😀

Withwich has generous set menus bundling pasta, salad, sandwich and coffee, and you order at a kiosk. Every time I pick from the menu I think the same thing: the set lineup here is really generous.

They've put together a golden combination of the dishes Koreans love, at a very reasonable price.

Ricotta house salad

The ricotta house salad that comes with the set pairs beautifully with the balsamic dressing and is a great appetizer to get your appetite going. It's packed with vitamins, so eating it between bites of pasta refreshes your mouth.

Carbonara cream pasta

The carbonara cream pasta at Withwich has a thick, rich sauce that's a work of art 👍 Plenty of bacon and mushrooms add texture, and the sauce is nutty and deep, so everyone from kids to grandparents will like it.

My kids absolutely love it, and eating it alone suddenly made me feel guilty 😁

Avocado arugula sandwich

The avocado arugula sandwich is another Withwich signature and my absolute favorite.

See how every ingredient is layered in generously? Fresh avocado, ham, fragrant arugula and lots of vegetables come together with a slightly spicy sauce, so you never get tired of it down to the last bite, and it keeps your mouth feeling clean. Please give it a try 🙏

Spicy chicken breast sandwich (à la carte)

The spicy chicken breast sandwich (₩10,900) I ordered separately was nicely, slightly spicy too.

It's my go-to diet sandwich, the one I always eat when I'm dieting.

How's the coffee? A place with its own roasting room

Withwich runs a separate roasting room inside the shop and brews coffee from its own roasted beans. At a brunch café, coffee is the most important thing, after all.

They're serious about coffee, running a separate roasting room right inside the shop.

The coffee brewed from their own roasted beans was different in flavor right away 👍 I like my coffee nutty and clean. Enjoy a quality meal and excellent coffee together and you'll understand right away why Withwich is so loved as a Guwol-dong restaurant. It doesn't have to be a big outing: drop in casually with a neighborhood friend or family. I'm sure you won't regret it.
